I have an 11yo german shepherd who has not been eating but drinking alot of water he is starting to look thin. he has a yellow liquid bowel movement. Looks very weak in the hind quarters, staggers when he walks. What do I do now. I'm fixing to take him to the vet after the weekend

He needs to get to the vet ASAP and have bloodwork and some
x-rays. He could have organ issues, spleen issues etc. I would not
wait for the weekend.
